Hi, I'm Mark. In the past 18 months, I managed to lose a fair amount of weight - but it was just from dieting. I want to start working out but I want opinions. I want to know what you think is the best work out. I would really like to tone up my stomach and start to develop abs, I dont want to be huge but I want to have abs. I don't know if that makes sense. I'm 6"4-6"5 and I'm 200lbs.
Googling didn't help at all. Some people praise crunches, some people hate them. It pretty much goes for every work out.
