I worked on back, biceps, and cardio today. Awesome workout again with R. I'm feeling pleasure pain from yesterday,too but it's definitely worth it. Totes magotes. (Lol! I love the commercial! I'll admit I had to google that phrase though)
So I saw the scale at the gym. Uh.... I was curious but didn't have the nerve to get on it. I know it's just a number on the scale and that physical,not numerical, changes are more important-- but I dread seeing my weight. Argh! Maybe next time.
