My exercise today

I walked my dogs today. Maybe only a quarter mile :( I need to get back into jogging, but I can't seem to get motivated. Ideally, I would love to run for 15 minutes every morning, but part of the problem is waking up.

How do you motivate yourselves?

I also enjoy yoga. :)
